| this is very good news. hopefully if there are more sales, the company that owns the game may start on part 2. |

This is only good news for the people who weren't able to get their hands
on the game before. TEC will most likely not get a single penny from it.
CI keeps us in the dark and they don't talk to us for more that a year now.
We canceled the contract with them some time ago, they did not even
respond to the letters. Yet, after two years, they managed to finish the
deal with Steam - the only thing is, they did not have the right to do it, and
they should not be getting any money from the sales. They do, we don't.
So we are now going to contact Steam with this. I'm afraid the only result
will be the cancelation of the M4X sale. But we are through with CI, no
more free food for them. This is not how any distribution company should
behave.

i think you should sue them in the international courts. Believe me they will lose and will have to pay you for damages. |
